Greetings! It is with much excitement that we bring you news of the new Red River Presbytery Summer Camp Endowment Fund.
Our camping program is vital to our denomination and to the continued development of faith in our young people. Summer camp is an incredible and meaningful experience for every camper. Lifelong friendships and life altering experiences bond campers together in ways that only God can create. For those of you who have had the privilege of attending as a camper or serving as a staff member surely can attest to this statement.
Each summer our camp program ministers to over 300 campers and staff and the endowment will ensure the continued quality programming growth in the future. We hope that each church and congregation member will consider making a donation to this ministry. Gifts can be given in honor or memory of an individual or group and they will be sent a “Camper Award” certificate and all donors will receive an acknowledgement of donation. The endowment certificate is a special way to remember and honor those who cherish the fond memories and experiences of summer church camps and retreats.
